Mit der Bahn erreichen Sie Bad Schandau über den Fernbahnhof Bad Schandau. Die ECs der Linie Hamburg-Berlin-Prag halten hier viermal täglich. Halbstündliche S-Bahn-Verbindung nach Dresden. Fährverbindung vom Bahnhof zum Bad Schandauer Elbkai - ca. 250m bis zur Toskana Therme.
