By car
Take the Autobahn A17 and exit at „Pirna/Bad Schandau“. Follow the B172 heading for Bad Schandau for approx. 20 km (12 mi). Our hotel is located in the town center, directly at the marketplace.
Do not worry about finding a parking spot: just park your car right in front of the hotel, our page is happy to park your car in our underground garage (one space: 18€ per night).
By Train
Bad Schandau’s railway station is called „Nationalparkbahnhof Bad Schandau“. EC trains from Hamburg over Berlin to Prague stop four times a day in Bad Schandau. S-Bahn connections to Dresden go every 30 minutes. Arriving at the train station, you can take a ferry to the town center. The train station is connected with the ferry station “Bad Schandau, Bahnhof” (F5). You depart the ferry at the ferry station “Elbkai” (approx. 7 minutes). The hotel is located directly at the ferry station.
The best airports to fly into are Dresden and Prague.
