Our range of services includes amenities such as valet parking, laundry service or shoeshine service overnight.

Arrival and departure

Your room is ready from 3:00 pm. We ask you to vacate your room until 11:00 am on the day of your departure. Admission to the Toskana Therme is not included on the day of your departure.

Late check out

You can extend your stay until 2:00 pm for a fee of 60.00 € per person.

Valet parking

Do not worry about finding a parking spot: just park your car right in front of the hotel, our page is happy to park your car in our underground garage (one space: 18€ per night)

Luggage service

Our page will welcome you upon your arrival at the hotel. He will care for your luggage and escort you to your room.

Concierge Service

We are dedicated to fulfil your wishes and needs: we book opera tickets, arrange for a babysitter, book exclusive limousines or recommend a good restaurant. Just tell us what you need; our concierge team is there for you!

Internet access

You can use WiFi to access the internet in all public areas of the hotel as well as in the conference rooms and rooms.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Gym

The gym is located in the Wellnesspark of the hotel. From June until September it is open daily from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm. From October until May it is open from 7:30 am until 10:00 pm.

Bike rental

You can rent bikes for a fee.

Laundry service

For fresh and clean clothing. Laundry within 24 hours or express laundry within 9 hours.

Shoeshine service

If you put your shoes in the shoe bag and hang it on the door to your room, they will be picked up, cleaned and returned on the next morning.

Half-board

You can book half-board for a fee of 39.00 € per person and night (14 years and older) or 19.50 € per person and night (4-13 years of age).
