SERVICE
Arrival and departure
Your room is ready from 2:00 pm. We ask you to vacate your room until 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Admission to the Toskana Therme is not included on the day of your departure.
Parking
You can use the designated parking spaces of our hotel for a fee of 3.00 € per night.
Internet access
You can use our free WiFi in all areas of the building.
Pets
You can bring your pet to your room for a fee of 15.00 € per pet and night.
Gym
The gym is located on the second floor. It is open daily from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm.
Bike rental
You can rent bikes and pedelecs in our comptence center for a fee. Please ask our team for details.
Laundry service
You can hand your laundry to the reception team until 12:00 pm. If you choose dry cleaning, your clothes are returned after approx. 2 days.
Ironing service
You can hand your clothes to the reception team until 2:00 pm. It will be ironed and returned to you the same day.
Half-board
You can book half-board for a fee of 23.00 € per person and night (14 years and older) or 11.50 € per person and night (3-13.9 years of age).
